Adolescents of Divorce
This group allows adolescents to fully express their experiences and emotions surrounding their parent's separation or divorce. It allows them the ability to shift their perception to create a working narrative that fosters understanding, love, empathy, and expression. Often individuals experience the same event or situation differently and can develop very different coping mechanisms or defense mechanisms as a result. We will utilize a narrative approach to alter the script we tell ourselves in our life (especially around the system change of foundation and family) to bring about optimism and growth.

“I want to get you excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now,” - Virginia Satir
