I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who embraces walking alongside clients and providing support on their journey of self discovery. Graduating with a bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2018 and Masters in Social Work from Florida State University in May of 2023.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, children with disabilities, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Starting in 2018 I worked as a court advocate for those going through domestic violence. I worked at an ABA clinic serving children with autism and their families as a Certified Registered Behavioral Technician. Then I interned with Cabarrus County Schools working with all school ages and families as I obtained my Masters in Social Work. I became a Prevention Social Worker with Cabarrus County working with families who are at risk. The goal of prevention is to assist families connecting with needed resources such as substance abuse, mental health, and housing to gain independence. During free time I enjoy hiking, photography, traveling, spending time with friends and family, concerts, and playing with my dog Piper.
