I am an alum of the University of North Carolina Wilmington where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology! During my senior year, I had the opportunity to assist graduate students with a research study within a trauma and resilience lab, examining the biomarkers of binge drinking in maltreated adolescents. Throughout my time at UNCW I was also involved in organizations that raise awareness for mental health; One of these organizations is NAMI- National Alliance on Mental Illness and the other organization that I am a member of is Psi Chi. Through both organizations, we fundraise, volunteer, network, and advocate for mental health awareness.

I am currently in the process of obtaining my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I aspire to be a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with teens and young adults! I assist with administrative duties, recruiting, and working with clinicians to develop programs.
