I earned my master's degree in Counselor Education from The University of Central Florida and work with individuals ages 3-65. I have a background in working with adults who struggle with addictions as well as with children of addicted parents. I currently specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders in individuals of all ages and have extensive training in Play Therapy which is one of the most effective and proven methods for working with children. I am also trained in SandTray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I work through a trauma-informed and multiculturally competent lense.  I like to use a lot of creativity in my approach to helping others and often utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to best suit the needs and personality of each person.

My passion is helping children work through their own struggles and working with and supporting parents through that journey. I have a lot of experience helping children and their families work through difficulties such as: separation anxiety, frequent tantrums, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I believe that collaborating with and supporting parents provides the best help for their children. I do my best to create a safe space where people can be exactly who they are, no filters or walls. It is through that authenticity and safety people can truly heal and grow. Whether you are a child, a teen, an adult or a parent, I work hard to meet you where you are and support your needs.
