I am motivated and dedicated to helping individuals work through mental health issues, traumatic experiences, and family issues. I have experience working with a diverse population including children, teens, adults, LGBTQ+ members, justice involved youth, college students, mothers, and fathers. I have given assistance to those managing childhood trauma, social anxiety, anxiety, depression, work related stressors, work life balance, relationship issues, parenting, ODD, ADHD, and more.

I chose to open the group practice to better serve our community's needs and healing. This gives our clients more flexibility in their treatment and a personalized approach that fits them.
