I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Carolina University and a Master's degree in Social Work. I am a member of the Phi Alpha Society for Social Work. My professional journey in the mental health field began in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), where I specialized in behavior modification with pre-adolescents and adolescents who have experienced complex traumas.

I then worked with Treatment Alternatives for Sexualized Kids (TASK), providing case management and social skill building services to children. Most recently, I have served with the Department of Social Services, conducting investigations involving child abuse and neglect. Having worked in the social work and mental health areas for more than ten years, I have a strong desire to help people on their path to wellbeing.

I am compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and as well as Trauma-Focused approaches. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and change. Whether you are seeking support for managing stress, overcoming past trauma, or improving relationships, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
