We are welcoming full-time LCMHC and LMFT licensed in the state of North Carolina to our team. We welcome associate-level clinicians who have a willingness to grow and learn within a professional team to apply as well. We offer FREE clinical supervision for LCMHCA clinicians! We would like someone who enjoys working with children, teens, families, and adults but we have strong reputation at being the professionals who are great at working with children and families. 

Our group is hoping to have a professional and self-motivated clinician that wants to work in a collaborative environment join us. We value continuing education and are happy to pay for CEU's as all of the other professionals at the practice, that you can learn from, have a wide range of specialty certification in addition to their licensure. 

Our private practice has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years. We are in high demand and have a strong reputation in our community with some of the best referral sources. If you feel you are a clinician that can meet the professional standards and help maintain our reputation that we are already known for we would love to hear from you. 

We want you to focus on doing what you do best, serving clients so most of the admin and busy work of being a clinician is done for you by intake specialists that are also in the mental health fields. Your share of the responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment plans, daily notes, communicating with the clients you serve well, team consulting, in person or telehealth therapy.

We strongly value family and work-life balance as well as a collaborative team dynamic! Clinicians operate as 10-99 employees, meaning you can decide how to spend earnings or keep income! This is great for clinicians who have spouses with insurance benefits or if you have private or market place insurance already in place and gives you the freedom to choose your own benefits and not be boxed in! We provide consultation meetings hosted at local coffee shops and team events where your family is welcomed to join, such as holiday parties, pool parties, and more! Monthly newsletters help you keep track of upcoming events, important updates, and friendly reminders!

We offer a calm, welcoming atmosphere within our group private practice because we want our clinicians and clients to feel relaxed when they walk in! We have warm lighting, plants, relaxing music playing on the TV, white noise machines, and everyone is free to make a cup of coffee or tea if they would like!

Compensation: We utilize a split/rent model where fully licensed or specialized clinicians receive a higher percentage of the full session fee from each client and insurance payment. Associate-level clinicians receive a generous split as well under the same concept. No hidden fees or percentages based off a set number per client, so the earning potential is unlimited. The portion of the split that we help to manage for the group covers everything listed above which includes office space, software, administrative/insurance staff, marketing, etc. If you see a full caseload of 20+ clients per week, you can expect a guaranteed minimum pay with the potential to earn six-figure pay.
